SMS Terms & Conditions
How our text messaging program works, and your choices around it.
1. Program overview
Merc Growth ("Merc Growth," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS (text message) program that allows us to communicate with you about consultations, appointments, project updates, and — where you have consented — promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
2. Opting in
You may opt in to receive text messages from us by providing your mobile number and giving express consent — for example, by checking a consent box on our website form, by texting us, or by providing your number during a consultation and agreeing to receive texts. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Types of messages
Messages you may receive include:
- Appointment scheduling and reminders;
- Responses to your inquiries;
- Project and service updates;
- Occasional promotional or informational messages (if you opted in to marketing).
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the nature of your project. You may receive recurring messages.
5. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any fees are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Merc Growth does not charge for the messages themselves. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
6. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as described above.

8. Supported carriers & delivery
Message delivery is subject to the capabilities and coverage of your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery, as delivery is dependent on effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
9. Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
